Can you please clarify for me , the connections on J7 ,pulse multiplier .
In the schematic is 6 pins , but in the
case top there are only 5 positions , could you please advise the connections to the rotary switch?

Hello all!
According to my old Fronius TransTig 1700 Manual, there are some accessories options:
-TR50-MC Remote Control Pulsing Unit, that is the one widely covered here.
-TR51-MC Remote Control Spot Welding. This is the most interesting thing I'm looking for. It seems very convenient to solder i. e. thin parts.
-TR52-MC Remote Control Pedal Unit. Easy to reproduce thanks to the schematic supplied by Jan-DIY
-TP-MC Remote Control Unit
Any chance to get the schematics of the TR51-MC and TP-MC?

Hi Jan, I'm making my own using the design from Hugh. One thing that I will like to add is a pedal , I believe that you have made one in the past, but I can't find the link to it

Thank you Hugh, I'm making the case now, all wiring done, except the chassis ground connection. This chassis ground connection must share a connection with the Earth ground in the welder? Can I use the screen wire in the cable that connect the pulser to the welder to join the chassis ground of the welder with the chassis ground of the pulser, in the pulser PCB and the pulser case?

Hi Hugh, I finished the remote, and everything seems to work , ( no weld yet) however I think that I have the potentiometers wired the wrong way , because in the pulse A fully unticlockwise the power unit panel shows max amps (160) and fully clockwise it shows minimum amps (2) , can you please confirm if the pot is wired the wrong way? I'd so I will have to rewire all the pots.
