Looking for TR50mc

Hello,
We are a company from Portugal and are currently finishing our in-house made machine for the automation of stainless steel tanks tig weld
We are looking for a TR50mc Pulse remote for a Fronius TT4000

Does anyone know of one complete for sale or maybe could supply some of the parts for later assembly...?

La télécommande est comme neuve, la glacière usagée mais en état de marche.

Moin, ich hab da noch nen Pulser und den Unterbaukühler den ich derzeit nicht mehr brauche.
Vielleicht ist das was für Dich?

Very tidy job mike. Looks much better having the sockets on the machine rather than cluttering the remote.
You need to finish it off though mate and do away with the threaded gas connector in replacement for rectus
Tools for torches is old news now mate.

I won't be making any more batches of these TR50MC remotes, time and personal stuff means I can't commit to fulfilling orders for anymore units.

I've put all the files needed for production of the internal PCB and the Front Panel on my GitHub repository:

Hi Hugh, since I can't find a remote for my Fronius welder, I'm thinking on making one from your design , but I'm experienced enough to get in trouble. So can you please tell me which files should I send to the PCB manufacturer? Also can you please tell me which is the file for the bill of materials?

Sorry for my late reply. Was traveling in the north the whole day.
The remote is NOS and Castolin labeled.
5m extension also.

Paid 280€ for that and that’s what I want for that because I did not have a machine yet.

Thank you for your reply , do you know if this remote will work with the Fronius TT1600? I guess that this is a direct copy of the Fronius TR-50,
Also does it has a box? (Transport) if not can you please tell me how big the package be, and how heavy?

Hi Hugh, I downloaded the files from Gitup and also installed a copy of Kicad7 , but the only file that I can open on kicad is the PC board, the other PCB files like the front panel ,gives me a “ Unhandled Exception class “ error , also Would you be kind enough to let us know which files are needed to order the board from the manufacturer, , plus the bill of materials , also would you be kind enough to see if the files in the repositories are ok?

Sure, give me a few days and I’ll see what’s going on.

They were drawn in Kicad 5 iirc, but they should open up in a new version.
