I ordered the PCB and the panel , and have received them , now I have to order the parts
can you please advise me what size conductor is ideal for the cable that connect the remote to the machine?. I have a 16 conductor shielded signal cable , that I can use and use 2 conductors for the 10v and ground , leaving the other signals as a single conductor.
also are the components value critical? I cant find some of them , in the resistors ones

Hey, sorry for the slow response and sorry for ignoring your previous request for help with the front panel files, I 'got busy' and forgot about the issue, apologies. Did you get it all ordered up OK?
I copied the resistor values exactly from the source schematic because I couldn't be bothered to calculate the required voltage divider ratios. Let me see if I have any left.
For the cable, I think I used something like 0.2mm2 CSA multi-core, it isn't a high current device.

I'm afraid I don't have any resistors left, but I purchased all mine from Farnell (Element 14), so you should be able to get them locally without issue.
Just build up an electric prototype and what can I say, it´s working perfect with the Magic Wave 2600. You can set the max current with I1, up to machines maximum. Current setting wheel on the machine is totally ignored. But that´s nice as it is a remote control, also with switched off pulse. You do not need to go to the machine to set the max current anymore.
Now I am waiting for the connectors and then a housing will be built.
Thanks a lot for sharing the schematic. TR 52 MC was nowhere available and even if, it saved me a lot of money.

For those who are still looking for the Amphnol-Connectors, there is a much cheaper variant from aliexpress available. At RS and all this distris you pay 25+ € for one, at Ali I payed 25€ for 2 sets of connectors, cable-, box, male and female.
I don´t know if they are made from plastic or casted metall, will see in a few weeks. I just ordered some.

That's exactly where mine came from. There was an issue with the cable mount connector though, it didn't fit the original threaded connector on the front of the machine. The threaded locking ring was marginally too small in diameter. I ended up with another brand from RS that did fit, and was around £10 each.I posted this already, but it fits also into this thread...

No I just made a prototype on a breadboard. Did not want to wait for the PCB and just wanted to test if it works with my machine.
I expect the connectors next week, will build up a small housing and assume that the prototype PCB will last for a long time in that housing. As always, prototypes last the longest
I will use my original cable from the foot pedal, which ist aprox. 4m long. The chinese cable mountconnectors will only be used with a short cable for the connection from the pulse controller to the foot pedal , if needed. I hope they will fit. What I found on RS felt too expensive, in sum I landed at 125€ for 2 cable connectors and two boxed connectors.

Instead of building a nice customized housing I had no patience and just ordered a simple casted aluminum housing.
Yesterday I put everything together, including short cable to the foot pedal, and had to test it together with the MW2600 and the TR52 foot pedal. It works quite well.
Labeling will be prepared in the next couple of days.

Hi Hugh, the pulser remote is still in progress, I ordered the parts from Farnell, I still waiting for some resistors , also I have to order the pots and the switch , but I can't read the value properly, looks like 22K? and the switch looks like a 12 position switch? any chance that you can let me know the Farnell n?
