I’ve forgot Hugh, with the pulse selector in the off position can you still Change main current via the remote? It would be lovely to keep that remote plugged in all the time even on aluminium and just use it at the bench as a current controller even when not pulsing. Does it work like that.
Have you used yours yet mike. Be nice to see some welding results
That set mike is awesome on aluminium. Not sure if you’ve had chance to have a go but I’ve got some wonderful settings for it that just run like a dreamI just tried it. When there is some kind of work with the pulse, I will make some photos.
Completely unrelated here.
No word of a lie!!!!!
My tig welder has just set my drill off
It’s one of those one key Milwaukee fuel things so it must have a circuit card in it or in the battery or something. It was set in the one key mode because I’ve been using a hole saw and I’ve adjusted the speed and torque settings for using a hole saw.
Drill sat right beside the bench and hf from the Fronius has just triggered it off twice!!!!! Christ either that or I’ve got ghosts. Can’t be doing it any good. Batteries removed drills put in box now before the tig is fired up. Very strange
Yeah it was really odd kiaHi Richard,
I had my Jäckle "pressing" the stop button on the CD player in the workshop a few times just by HF from 6m distance. Very strange. It happened just with the Jäckle.
Regarding the pulse remote. Very nice what you guys realize here.
Looks superbIt’s a really professional job Hugh.
