Very tidy job mike. Looks much better having the sockets on the machine rather than cluttering the remote.Hello All.
I've finished my tr50.
The machine's front plugs are: torch control, pedal control, pulse control and menu switch.

Would you like me to post my pedal to you to try. This will confirm quickly if the circuit or machine is causing your issuesI made a start on diagnosing my lack of functionality yesterday, looks like I have all the correct voltages at the correct parts of my circuit board.... Time to get the sides off the machine and start some more investigation.
Excellent demonstration Hugh
Thanks MikeCongratulate on successful completion of the project

I will try this and report backYeah it’s gonna be nice to get some pulsed stainless out of it.
I’ve forgot Hugh, with the pulse selector in the off position can you still Change main current via the remote? It would be lovely to keep that remote plugged in all the time even on aluminium and just use it at the bench as a current controller even when not pulsing. Does it work like that.
