I've been royally shafted by rs components on the multicore cable I need to make the leads up for these. Decided not to stick it on the work account so checked out as a guesy, they've now pushed the delivery schedule back to sometime next week and as I ordered as a guest, have no easy way to cancel.

Rest assured guys once I have the cable in then I'll get on with making up looms and making kits of parts available

Very tidy job mike. Looks much better having the sockets on the machine rather than cluttering the remote.
You need to finish it off though mate and do away with the threaded gas connector in replacement for rectus
Tools for torches is old news now mate.

Hugh, just try to connect resistors (voltage divider) to pins D and E. The lower indicator should blink.

Mike have you actually done any welding with it yet mate.
It’s all for nothing if you don’t learn how to use it.

I made a start on diagnosing my lack of functionality yesterday, looks like I have all the correct voltages at the correct parts of my circuit board.... Time to get the sides off the machine and start some more investigation.

Would you like me to post my pedal to you to try. This will confirm quickly if the circuit or machine is causing your issues

Update..... Circuit works perfectly, I just had a cable wiring issue to rectify.

Yeah it’s gonna be nice to get some pulsed stainless out of it.
I’ve forgot Hugh, with the pulse selector in the off position can you still Change main current via the remote? It would be lovely to keep that remote plugged in all the time even on aluminium and just use it at the bench as a current controller even when not pulsing. Does it work like that.
