Mate had one but found it didn't hold the road very well when it was upside down.Spot on nut I'm veering towards liking old Toyota's. I'd love a mk1 Celica.
That would give you plenty of welding practice (not that you need it of course)!Spot on nut I'm veering towards liking old Toyota's. I'd love a mk1 Celica.
Hah. I recall talking to the owner of a lovely 1926 Roller and how much he'd rebuilt of it.Yes, only about 45% of this car has been replaced. This is what I would class as a light restoration of a 54 year old car.
I am enjoying your rebuild,Been plodding along with the build, engine and running gear is all connected up but waiting on a new dyno as the customers one is dead. Had a few issues with the carbs but once I'd sorted that she fired up

Thank you, it's an original reproduction cooper S servo fookin expensiveI am enjoying your rebuild,
It is bringing the memories flooding back,
Not of an 'S',
Just 1970's Mini 850's and 1000's I used to drive,
.
Is that an upgraded brake master cylinder/servo set up, I did fit a remote servo to my 850 Mini Van.
This is an excellent build, thank you.
