Been plodding along with the build, engine and running gear is all connected up but waiting on a new dyno as the customers one is dead. Had a few issues with the carbs but once I'd sorted that she fired up

Yes, only about 45% of this car has been replaced. This is what I would class as a light restoration of a 54 year old car.

Hah. I recall talking to the owner of a lovely 1926 Roller and how much he'd rebuilt of it.
"Well, it was found in a barn about 30 years ago and I've done most of it myself. I started out with what I had, which was half a chassis, most of the engine, some gearbox parts and a bit of the steering."

Is that an upgraded brake master cylinder/servo set up, I did fit a remote servo to my 850 Mini Van.

Nice that it's having a dynamo refitted and not alternator conversion. Assume it's still running positive earth then? Still have one on mine it's the little details that make restrictions like this so nice. Can't wait to see the finished car.

We were going to fit a dynamometer but it works out at £600 and as it's going to be used sparingly so I advised them to stick with the dynamo.

Yes still positive earth but running an electronic dizzy

Doors and all the trim are on. Waiting on parts at the moment including the new seat covers. Almost 4 months since they were ordered still bolted in a spare seat and made sure it drove which it it did.

At the moment just Mini's.

The Cooper S got it's new shoes and Boots today. 4.5" wheels and Dunlop aquajets.

Fitted the deluxe trim too.

Waiting on parts to finish now so will be starting another one next week.

97 MPI getting over sills removed and replaced properly, a new boot floor, hinge rail and valence.
