I do like thatFor all the guys who do not munderstand a Caddy, drive one right after driving a Peugeot/Renault/Opel or Ford small van, then you'll quickly get it.
It's the closest thing to driving a normal car, with room enough in the back for tools, a welder etc etc.

I would have thought a pdr guy would sort that handily enough?Just got home, out for a run with SWMBO and a *** deer ran out on me! Fk my luck. And it was the good wing!
Ah well, it’s only money, could have been worse!

Nah, the edge of the wing has a sharp crease and the paint has cracked all the way along the edge.I would have thought a pdr guy would sort that handily enough?

Yes it does impact the load carrying capacity, but for that I have a set of 17 inch wheels as well (for MOT time, as the 18 inch tyres have a slightly lower load rating then the rear axle is rated for it's a MOT failure)
But with 2 of the textile Facom tool cases in the back, a jack, spare wheel and a cordless impact/grinder/drill the weight I am putting in the back will never even exceed the capacity of the 18" wheel and tyres in the picture, even if I do decide to load up my single phase welders with a bottle.
Also have no issue clearing speed bumps even when loaded up with the welder.
The 18's being Michelin Pilot Super Sports DO tighten up the handling quite a lot, the 17's are Bridgestone Turanza, and they are ok ish, but for spirited driving they come up short.
funny you say that, i did just that ,,,,,,, its nice but not double the price of all the oposition niceFor all the guys who do not munderstand a Caddy, drive one right after driving a Peugeot/Renault/Opel or Ford small van, then you'll quickly get it.

Cos dieselWhy is the intercooler full of oil though in the first place?
Why is the intercooler full of oil though in the first place?
Had a bit of an oil leak and plenty of oil mist all round the engine bay. Found the intercooler full of oil.
Purchased a refurb today from Turbo Works for £220 plus the dreaded. Fingers crossed it’ll be good.
no point replacing the intercooler full of oil for the new one to fill tooIs that for an intercooler or for a turbo!?! (Hoping turbo at that price)
If so just be very careful about the pd oil feed as comes from filter housing round the engine to the turbo but comments using a adapter. Sometimes these are seized solid.
