opinions vary , but as it goes touch hard just a light spray , go out say half hour later and see if its dried of, if yes spray again , I use hessien sacks to slow the cure down , just damp them down. its basically so it dries at a steady rate and doesnt overheat causing shrinkage cracks ,
dont know whether dpm would be good or not , no doubt some one on here will know, ah try @8ob , he s genned up on slabs

just gave the slab a good brush, wont hose today it is still softish

good thing is its not toohot now, but tomorrow dont let it cook , keep giving it a spray

spoke to another bulider mate been out just now and gave it a good 5 minute soaking

Here we go i think we did well in 4 hours the other 4 hours were spent fixing the b40 L200

Keep an eye on it. I layed a cubic meter of concrete today. We covered it with ply but even then we still had to wet it a bit.

Had to repair my neighbours drive. When I had the concrete truck in to do my drive he helped and told them to back across our drive, it wrecked both and I had to pay to fix it

Looks good , yup keep soaking it today ,more info on B40..mines stripped to bare block.just going to start rebuild.

my original is running fine still after doing the head, this is the white one, engine was full of sludgey oil , several faults so taking my time , full strip and rebuild. will send you a few pics .
