heres mine I just use an old primus torch with the bullnose screwed on. ready made . the disposable ones I have drilled and tapped the top and threaded a shrader valve in and soldered it as well because the bottles are thin then made an adapter to fill them as well

It needs to be a male thread one end with a male POL fitting at the other

well calor will say that when u can fill them for 50 pence and they charge a tenner . I have an adaptor to fill large propane bottles at the shell garage just make sure the attendant don't see u doing it or they will kick off and as far as safety is concerned using thin bottles they are thicker than the old camping gaz bottles and aerosol cans of it for refilling lighters

cant remember . I only got one filled a few years ago but cheaper than getting a bottle exchanged . I only fill the small ones because its well worth it

the bottle u fill off has to be turned upside down and the filled bottle uprite underneath it so presumably u have large propane bottles to fill off

that top one does look as though it will screw in to the refillable primus 2000 bottles and the bottom one is the adaptor for the refill at the garage I can check tomorrow that the thread is quarter whitworth on the primus bottles and torch but to be honest it looks 2 small the threads look to be half inch
