So far I have to say I’m loving the Sherman! I have been through a small bottle of hobby weld argon, to be fair it didn’t last very long, I think I’m going to check for leaks and swap it out for the biggest bottle they do! So far I have managed to get the gas, load of accessories, a few different types of rod, some metal to practice with, a ck torch and an Esab sentinel helmet (almost got the optrel crystal after hoods review but just couldn’t justify the extra expense!) all for less than the price of the Jasic! Pretty happy about that!
I got the ck TL26 with a flex neck, feels so much better than the one that came with it!
This is good to know.
I was thinking of buying a better torch, as I’m sure the stock one won’t be that great.
Don’t get me wrong, it does the job fine, I just found it to bulky

I think the button is probably the low point of the supplied torch. It's just a bog standard SM microswitch behind it, but the button does something that deadens the feel and there's not a lot between on and off. I do find it easier to use the 9 that I got, which is obviously smaller all round, but the button was the big thing

That was the thing for me as well, far to sensitive for both on and off. The first trials I shoved a flexi head on and it was much nicer to use even though the flexi I had was knackered and not sealing correctly. The switch though was just horrible so I swapped over the plug from the Sherman torch onto my WP20.I think the button is probably the low point of the supplied torch. I ordered mine from shermaneurope.com but that's not working anymore (did turn up within a week). I think that's the only one that isn't working.

The wedes.de site is working and also the various eBay sellers are working, one of which was ShermanEU.
My guess is someone got arsy about them using the name as they are not really the importer from what I gather.

Yesterday I registered on the weldes.de site and got confirmation and discount emails from Pemat S.C. I've never used TIG (only MIG and a buzz box) but I finally took the plunge last night. Fingers crossed it goes through fine.
Got on it through my phone. Wont work on my works computer.......

You sure, just looked up sherman europe on my phone and still the same shopify page. Maybe your phone is still the cached site?
