Yup...just a choice you have to make I think. I seem to remember I did check their "scam rating" and seemed OK but maybe do your own checks.
Either wait for 10 other people to order and say its safe....or give em a try...thats a tough call....by the time you find out they are good they may be out of stock!

First run. On 2.5mm (? - ish) scrap ali

35% on the balance. THAT took some working out - i i had "training" at the last place i worked, but it was basically "put it on auto balance". The instructions, and the controls don't make it easy - even after looking at the JASIC instructions.
100% argon.
1.6 tungsten (grey which came with it)
No. 7 cup (which came with it).
Gas on about 20(!) - as i just noticed as i came to write up this post
3.2mm rods (4043) - all I have.
This is the first ali tig I've done in 5 years.

This has been a very interesting thread which I've been keeping an eye on over the last few days and I'd like to wish those who managed to purchase the Sherman the best of luck with it.

That was the one posted earlier and the differences with dinse positions were pointed out by someone, whether that would mean different PCB's or just maybe a flexible connection to the positive is any ones guess, until that is you have bought one and check it out
