Maybe there is a equivalent to a Parweld model either way, it look like there are a few more orders to be placed based on this forum

I would say that is the case, at least for using the pedal for anything other than an on/off switch.

Is an odd one, the torch shows a 5 pin plug. If I were after a sherman/jasic type machine I would just hang fire a month or two, put aside £50 a week you will have the cash ready for one when the slow boat from china arrives in poland

I don't know 650 for a machine I keep seeing for 1200 ain't bad just don't know if I want to be the one takes the plunge only who finds out they've replaced all the good components with cheep ones that would be my kinder luck tbh I've been trying spot cheep versions of other brands but it's tricky you've done better than me

I know it's not the first time I've said this, but I'm really enjoying seeing all the badge engineering/spot-a-clone/copy/paint job.
Can see it being really useful for all us hobbyists (and pros wanting to take a punt on a throw-in-the-van box).
The forum should have a section for it: e.g.
"I'd like a lincoln speedtec 200 with the lcd screen - anyone know how good a clone the ideal expert 215 is or any others?"

The welder fantasy machines caught my eye when looking at the sherman as they look exactly like rtech machines.
Think rtech actually modify theirs in house though

Me too...if you don't have the budget for a descent brand (for whatever reason) then it's good to be able to get the same quality in a cheaper clone.

Been posted on here before on this thread....Jasic 160?....autostar is wilkinson star which is the Jasic partner in the UK (I think?)...looks very similar I think.

I think I've got treat for everybody well maby I've been accidently sent the sherman 216p and I'd thought I'd have a look inside at the build quality before I'm sure they ask for it back I'm unlikely to get to keep a £450 welder for free. it's seems pretty nicely made mind you I'm no expert I'd share some photos if someone would like to explain how lol
