Just cleaniing up a paramo vice the quick release button was stuck in but apart from that it is really good.

Judging by the channel lock pliers in your photo, I would estimate the size of the vice jaws to be 4" inches wide; is this correct ?

Not strictly a bench vice, though I did use it as such when I first bought it, it has ‘125’ cast atop one of the slide-ways, but no name or manufacturer.
It came with the pillar drill I obtained in the Philippines some 20 years ago. That is one of the most useful tools I ever bought, and it is still going strong to this day.

Acid dipping with battery acid (diluted) in a big plastic drum and paint brush to agitate it - works a treat.
Should have taken a photo - pre cleaning....

The main round clamps is around 150mm, so 6 inches, but not sure. I will measure it on monday and post exact dimensions. When i find some time i plan to fully dissesemble and oil it and make a few new teeth that are missing.
I saw a post recently on here somewhere re the high / difference of prices, always on the look out for a swivel base for mine so these came up on search today.
I guess the extra 0 is for the lick of paint

Looks identical to one I have, not sure about your jaw width but I think mine is 4". It has 'Jacob' on it, not the best of vices but adequate for the occasional use when needed.
