It was made specifically to the dimensions of my EWM Phoenix 355 with separate wire feed unit so unlikely many would want one.
I'm intending to build something very similar to this, I'm thinking 2.5mm thick 30mm box. Do you think that's overkill and should go thinner? Aim for the table surfaces to be 80mm wide x 3mm thick slats (with gaps between for clamps)

I am contemplating drawing up my own and having it plasma or laser cut by someone, after seeing the quality of the ones advertised ( and ashamedly) buying one some time ago for a different welder they are absolute rubbish, I did like hoods design so would like to work something along those lines.

SKIP RAID!! They have been doing up the office next door for a few weeks, and i've been badgering the builders about passing across this if it was being skipped. Well this morning the fruits of my labour came to fruition. Shy loon's get nowt as they say.
Its huge, with lots of shelves, sides and supports. Not sure whether to cut it down (only got a Rtech 180 and cut 50 plasma), or keep it the same size and make it more like a mobile workbench. I'm sure a good read this thread will bring up some nifty ideas and inspiration.
Set of locking metal castors would be first on this list (yes, i'm eyeing up our rubbish bins
)
