I made a video of the Raglan 5" screwcutting a 32tpi thread on a bit of 4" pipe
Today I made this (or at least designed it and watched it appear as if by magic):

Those blemishes were from my first attempt at embedding magnets inside a print. I think next time I'll put them a bit deeper as they're plenty strong enough and will probably be held more firmly. In progress shots:

Looking good but I would say to either cut a relief groove at the end of the thread or wind the cross slide out at the same time as you release the half nuts. Tools rubbing like that get blunt a lot quicker.I made a video of the Raglan 5" screwcutting a 32tpi thread on a bit of 4" pipe
And this is what it looks like now fitted. All brackets are alloy and welded to it for (hopefully) a maintenance free lifetime15 metres of valley gutter in 4 sections. Press brake getting some use recently which is good, I've hardly touched the thing since I re tooled it!

Yes. More specifically, I set it up to automatically pause the print when it got to the level where I wanted to install the magnets. I superglued them in (to make sure they didn't jump up and attach themselves to the extruder or something like that) and then put some pritt stick over the top to help the PETG stick to the magnets. I've no idea whether any of that was necessary though. I suspect the printer was treating it as a bridge, so adhesion to the magnets was probably unnecessary.Did you stop the print process to install the magnets?
This week I'm putting in the flood defences, for the back shed.
Last year, it got dug out 70 cms, then 30 cms of hard core went in, then insulation, then 15 cms of concrete. 75 square meter back shed.

Then 5 days later it became a paddling pool.

The DPM had filled up from behind, and being unsupported, let in the ground water.
So this week I'm bringing up the sides, to hold the DPM in place.

Well, frankly, if after this weeks work if it floods again, I'll just bring the floor up to the same level, and trim the beams so I don't have to duck.Mat I think you may need a sermp permp as they say in France

I put a DPM, under the 40 mm polystyrène insulation, and a second one above, double DPM.Is the DPM one big, continuous sheet with no holes and pleated at the corners? Any holes you're fooked.
Is the ground higher externally?
