Ha ha I will be long deid afore I could climb to that pedestal.
I try and do my best and when my work is appreciated I try to go the extra mile. The young guy that has the boat is appreciative and likes things to be done as best they can and isn't frightened to spend the money to get things the way he wants. People like that make it a pleasure to do your best.
Let there be light....and there was light! Got this light finished today [another 'project' off the mental list ]
It's height and angle adjustable so I can use it an any of the machines where good light is needed during operations. Three levels of illumination and is recharged through USB

Is that my "New to me pipe vice" In top picture.
If it is, give it to Wall-ee and I should get it by December.
No wonder your memory is failing, #11634 is quite a bit in the future we are only on #5289 nowI was given it by a local chap who knows of my interest in such things. It came from his F-I-L's garage when he retired and as far as I can work out was used for crimping connections onto airline or hydraulic[?] hoses.
I can do better pics if it'd help with identification.....
EDIT: This was featured in post #11634, both my and @The_Yellow_Ardvark memories are failing......

Dopey here must have forgotten to ensure that the pipe at the outside tap on the back wall didn't have any water left in it, when he turned off the supply to it before Winter.
Despite the insulation, as might be expected, it left me a reminder today when I turned it back on......
10 minute job, all fixed and good to go! Lesson learned......
Blame your missus not yourself mate
