I think that might be unlikely as you are scaling a volume (three dimensions). The slot in the back is likely to be manufactured to suit an off-the-shelf cutter rather than a proportion of some other cutter.
You could get an indication of the possibility by comparing the width and height of the toolposts (lathes.co.uk has drawings online). If they do not scale proportionally, neither will the holders that fit the posts.
If you wanted to make a parameterised version, I suspect you would need a look-up table of key dimensions rather than a scale factor.
Just out of interest, scaling does not work on even something so simple and common as a metric nut. Make a list of nominal diameter and A/F sizes to see (M6 10mm spanner; M12 19mm spanner).

Hi probably not I think the toolpost that fits myford is T0 , meassure the width T1 is 73mm wide

Further thoughts: sit a holder that you already have on a sheet of paper, draw around it with a sharp pencil. Scan the drawing and convert to SVG. Extrude to 3mm thick, do a test print.

I have been looking around everywhere I can think of and cannot find a proper drawing of a T2 holder. T1/T0 and T00 drawings are available.
Only one I found was an Australian site that shows the vee centres as 82mm. A T1/T0 has 62mm centres; a T00 48mm centres.
Beware of any AliExpress drawings you might see that call them 'Italian style'. These are a Dickson shape but with different dimensions.
In passing, if you are looking for extra holders, Zoro have T2 for a very good price (£32.99 inc.)

If anyone has a T3 holder, it would be helpful to measure and document it.

Just put the holder straight on the scanner and trace around the image - that way you can eliminate most of the error associated with hand tracing, particularly in the corners. If you put a steel rule face down on the scanner next to the holder you also get a visual check scale.

Although an STL file is good for 3D printing, it would be difficult to produce an engineering drawing from it.
The lathes.co.uk site, in common with every other place that has Dickson details, does not dimension the back of the holder - the vee spacing and depth and the T-slot width and depth.
Will that work well? Every time I have photocopied my meat and two veg at the office Christmas party with the lid open, the copier's scanning light and the daylight from the room conspire together to produce a poor image.

I would try tweaking the design so that can be printed on edge, and therefore no need for support.. Adjust the wall thickness so it's a multiple of extruded width.

21% in so leaving it to run its course. Quicker to print too. Just had a play with the supports turned off it'd have to bridge about 6mm unsupported. daedalusminos

6mm bridging will be no problem - my greatest concern would be it getting knocked off during bridging or if the end curls up under shrinkage. Certainly would need a brim.
