I also designed a sprue type thing with spacers for mounting the slate signs we make. The JLD is our company initials as I don't trade under My Old Landy

Quite a few good models on printables, I used to try and design everything myself but accepted there's better out there so just hit print instead

You could spend hours on a CFD program optimising the internal shape for best airflow when used as an extractor.

No. Lad keeps all the filament here in near airtight tubs with silca gel satchets. To print he had to site the TPU external to the printer on his homemade spool roller, then feed the filament into the tube direct:

As an aside, since getting the Bambu he's printed little basket type holders that sit between the 4 filament reels within the AMS enclosure. These hold reusable desiccant:
