It's seen better days, but it only took a handful of curse words to get it into this state:

Most of the screws came out either with a screwdriver or with mole grips, but you can probably spot the more stubborn one...
New bearings on order and the shaft has one end soaking in some hot citric acid (I'm doing one end at a time to try to keep the acid off the bearing mounting surfaces as that seemed a good idea):

I will seek burnt ones because using a good one for my project would be a wasteIt's not that burnt really. New bearings & some TLC and I reckon it'll run fine.

That's a good buy, I was just under £80 for 20 square meters from Costco.I had better check my stock of grey floor tiles! I bought 50+ square meters at auction for £160.00, slowly using it in the workshop,
