I only wanted the folder. Both the Lathe and Mill will be for sale at some point.
Why is everything sooo far away? (Depending on price, of course, I could be interested - although could be logistically 'difficult'.......)
That's good the Mill already has my name on it.I only wanted the folder. Both the Lathe and Mill will be for sale at some point.
I could strap it down to a pallet as it's not that big.

The main PCB is utterly fritzed, so it will either be stripped for the motors and the rest binned, or if I can summon enough tuits I will investigate piggybacking an Arduino on it.The signs of water ingress were truthful; a bit of a swimming pool in there, lots of corrosion on PCBs and the grinding noises were thoroughly banjoed plastic planet gears in an epicyclic gearbox. It's a curious mix of quite well engineered and utter chod inside.
The missus played one similar to that, it sounded like the Spanish inquisition were torturing a heretic cat. I bought her a half decent UK one and it made all the difference, she sounds pretty good now.
Dunno. I'll have to ask the wifeA little piece of plate, 4m x 1.5m x 50mm , should do nicely as a bench top.
