Used to use those on the front of a Schumacher CAT race buggy to keep the spring back front end mostly shut. Those who know will know

No2. First one had a faulty volume pot. Replaced with a new Bass

Nicer wood grain on this one as well. Using a VOX Bass headphone amp most of the time.

Couldn't resist opening it up to see if I got a bargain or a real bargain.

I paid 80.

It's definitely got the multi out board which aren't cheap to buy these days but no FX board unfortunately.

Ah well. Some you win.


On the plus side for a device made in 1994 it looks brand new unused.

Hasn't even got rack rash

Still got my original wheels with the same tyres- still flexible. Got ProCAT wheels with 2.2 tyres on now though.

Never stripped any belts back then, rarely had them clicking. Running an original Wasp orange main belt with original rear belts with brushless power now, but with single piece MMS rear pulley and BossCAT slipper. Removed the front roller clutch drive shafts as I couldn't keep it pointing the right way under braking anymore. Comedic levels of pitch and roll compared to modern buggies. And I still get thrashed by an Optima Mid well driven by a good driver much as I did 30+ years ago

Not sure who made it as the plate has gone. No idea if it’ll do what I need but can always sell it on I suppose

Last week got some steaks. The second mostly hidden by the packaging. Quite bloody dissapointed, thats 90g of solid fat and a much smalled steak than it should be Edit - Cooked steak 98g, so almost half solid fat.

Edit: and 27g of inedible gristle, so 69g of actual meat.

Hi all

Received this high pressure air pump today, Cost £4.89 DELIVERED!! from Amazon!!, Ordered it a couple of days ago!

There's a spare seal and valve set but no water seperator included, They're on Fleabay at around nine quid!!

Takes literally five mins to assemble and another five to strip down and put away!!

The thing has a water jacket to stop it from overheating!!

I think they produced so many in China that they're having to almost give them away!!

Nice toggle press. I have one and I am wondering what I can use it for. Can punch plate or stamp stuff but I just dont have any plate I need punching :-(
Ideally suited to repeat jobs I think.

I was interested to know, wouldnt normally but I was tempted to cook two. I ran 16km yesterday so needed recovery food, 67g is not enough. Ive cut out carbs, until I shift the lockdown belly, no sugar unless Im running (this will mostly be in the form of scotch).

Set of bottom press dies from the quarry we have been working in as they have replaced there sheet steel press, these bottom dies were from there old machine and to wide for there new machine, but will fit my press as I can adapt it and make them fit, a little rusty but its only surface rust and quickly fetched off with a wire brush on the angle grinder.

What do they press steel in the quarry for?

I’ve got stuff to punch but I’ve no idea if this’ll do it or if I need a fly press.

Either way I need to make tooling so that’ll be a learning curve
