MT2 but don't quote me on that! I don't have any drifts so used a bit of 2 x 2 end on with a hammer to remove it. Sharp tap was all needed.Any idea which one? lol
I'm guessing either B16 or MT2, its a 16mm chuck on it at least, might even be a 20, its a lot bigger than a 13mm thats for sure.
Bloke reckoned it was heavy...nahhhhh, some weight to it...but nothing exceptional, walked down the street with it and it was only as I got to the car that I started to notice the weight lol

From the photo it looks like you have fitted a socket rather than a plug? Or is there a crazy reason?

Yeah each of the three phases is 240. That is why it requires rewire to 32 amp single phase plug.415 AC using 240 v plugs.
