Today I acquired another phone. Always liked my Blackview BV6000 but decided to go for a Ulefone Armor a while back but just couldn't get on with the camera. I never thought it took that great a picture and the colouration was poor.
So today I got another Blackview but this time a BV5900 the same as the other half has. She likes it so we will see.
I had to get one with a different colour so we could tell them apart but they didn't have the green so had to go with orange, apart from that it seems good so far, we will see if the pics look better than the Ulefone in the next day or two.

I am the opposite, had the BV6000 for years, still have it in fact and have been using it the last few days while waiting on the new one arriving. Maybe I got a bad Ulefone and you got a bad Blackview

No i'm confusing Crosscall, with Blackview. My IP 68 Blackview was great, it kind of survived 3m at 5 hours, well beyond the specs. But as it was pulled out , it died.
Croscall are rubbish,Blackview i rate, but Ulefor are better.

I'm on a Ulefone thing, and it's great. Frankly.
Re Migatronic. What would I be looking at if the caps failed, obviously change the lot. Price wise would it be worth it, I've no idea about electremicals.On that note, It's had a good innings, if the caps start to deteriorate ( which they no doubt will ) what would be the symptoms?

Yeah, the camera is cr*p on the Armor X-7. I was a bit disappointed with it, as it's nominally 15Mp, but produces worse results than a 15 year old K750i with 2Mp.
In contrast, the S-E 8Mp camera on my old phone was, and still is, one of the best phone cameras I've used.
