Managed to get these from eBay today



Think I've got enough drawers similar to fill the gaps.

£40, bargain, stuff like this goes for ridiculous money now, stupid retro people making them shiny and bunging them for sale in London shops.

I have some similar, got them for nothing when a multi national place was closing, the sickening thing was I had just gone to see someone to pick something up for a friend and they were closing the doors more or less as I arrived. The guy asked if I wanted any drawers, only had a wee Citroen ZX so could only fit one in, could have had 20 or more or them. Asked if I could come back later but they said sadly they had to shut up as the keys were getting handed over They just tipped them in a huge pit inside the place and covered it up, the stuff in that pit was unbelievable, I got a couple of other things such as a dividing head and machine vice but would have loved more of the drawer cabinets

If it is EX MOD or ex War department it will have a broad arrow on it.
The drawers may be marked with numbers, they indicate the level they fit into. So heavy stuff goes lower down.

Haven't noticed any markings, will have another look.
The guy they came from was a Landie nut, had 4 on the drive in different states of restoration. In some of the drawers I found bits of paper detailing the name, LR part number and a little sketch of the part! Will get a pic of them, they're quite nicely done!

Currently decanting a load of these into other storage , I wont have a use for them once they are empty so if you want any more of these units or just draws pm me.

Yes and only if I had gone there a day or two earlier I could have filled my workshop 20 times over with the stuff they threw in that hole

I had a vice the same as that with an old Deckel milling machine, was my fathers, had to sell it when I moved out and my mum relocated

Good news for you.
One of my best rummage shops I will not be going back, it was raided. I am getting cold feet in buying stuff.

It is a nice vice, not sure I would fancy doing much milling with it but suppose it would be ok for light stuff.

Today or sorry last night recived a non working Henry plugged in and dead totaly thought this was strange seen this before took the power switch apart all black with s**t in it quick clean clean up contacts and back together works great now got a spares for the 2 we already got

It may be fixable, not looked to deeply.
When powered up it does a self test and the 3rd drum does not rotate, it reports.
3rd wheel failure.

If it not a simple fix. it will be dismantled for spares or scrap.

Plus I am up £10 all ready.
Who would of guessed that fire alarm panel keys fitted those machines.

There was £10 in the coin box.

Well it has gone.
Sold for £25 and a nice gentleman from Poole collected it today.

Just received this. Do i need a Feeler Gauge to set this up properly?

Want to cut some 3mm aluminium.

Any tip for setting it up would be appreciated.

Pity the hand grip is missing.

On Bosch power tool handle should fit, I think they are M8.

If you google it you will find the manual for it. I never needed a gauge for the one I use.

Thanks guys going to see if i can find some scrap by the bins and do a bit of testing. I flipped the blade around as one side was unused.

yes sticks out like a sore thumb looking at the pic with the dark mark near it from the normal colour of the wood from a meter away it looks like a natral wood knot ish i keep telling myself
