That's a very nice trailerfull of stuff. Shame the school that had it is closing down but at least the machines have found (and will find) new homes and not ended up in the scrap.
Pretty much the ideal machine size for me! I just want a small machine for the odd little jobIt could do with a clean as has been standing a while, its missing the hand whees off the x and y traverse and the motor has a problem starting, probably the starting capacitor but not checked yet.
Table is really good with only 1 minor mark where it has taken a dig from a cutter, probably about 8mm dia and 1mm deep so should make a nice machine.
My brother thinks he wants it so going to sort out the motor and give it a clean, if he changes his mind it will be up for sale
It is, but these things don't get used by the kids anymore, when I was in Comp 30 odd years ago you were allowed to use pretty much all of the machines except for the grinder, they even let you use oxy acetylene!! These days I don't think even the teachers use them. In my nephews school they have a very grubby but good Harrison M300, hasn't been switched on for years

I don't have any need for a big machine but there's been times when a little bench top mill would've dragged me out of the crapI started out with one of these and you can do some really useful work on one.

Ha I started on a super 7 then "rescued" an 11" Kerry , mill is the only thing I need nowadays !I have a larger mill so it is surplus but bought it cos my brother 'thinks' he wants one but time will tell. It is dead handy, that and having a lathe except I seem to keep getting bigger machinery
No picture.Another project for restoration.
Not going to say no for a fiver!
