If ever I start running low on pencils I just double up on the amount I snaffle from Screwfix on my next visit. 1 behind each ear, 5 in the pocket plus 1 in the hand when I go up to the till!

Was given this today.
Looks nothing special, just another old "Bit & Brace" drill.
Well it is. But what made me take it home was the way the drill is made to reverse.
Not like the normal style.
It has the reversing method like a ratchet screwdriver.

It's ridiculous how small large capacity storage devices have become.
There have been a large number of fake drives released all over the place over the last few years:

It's ridiculous how small large capacity storage devices have become.
Not many pounds on eBay buys a rather massive stick - until you go to use it and find that it doesn't take half as much as it's advertised capacity.

All clean and working.
The top handle is brunt and stained, plus it is dented. like it was used as a hammer.
The middle handle has cleaned up well, meth's is your friend there.
The Ratchet for changing direction is free and sounds very good. A smooth action.
No makers marks on it, what is odd for a tool as old as that.
