Once you’ve a decent amount of batteries you can just buy naked tools so it’s not too bad, price wise.
I toyed with the ratchet or the 90 degree impact which I got. It’s a kind of hybrid between impact and ratchet.
Hasn’t got as much clearance as a ratchet but will undo 300nm. That is more important for me. It’s good where you can’t turn a spanner. If I was in car engine bays all day I would have gone for the ratchet over this. I work on plant, marine and HGVs so it’s not usually a bad access really, just done up tight.
I wanted one because I’ve got issues with my muscles etc where a day spannering constantly makes for a painful few days after. This is a great help.
I need that on a T shirt!!!
Did it take a while to unwrap?Today I aquired a bit of space, got the trolley jack out and cut up a dead 7.5 ton truck.
