My High end kitchen fitter mate always wrote his older routers & saws etc off to scrap in the late march , used the so called tax perk to get brand spanking new gear as to him a dead router or saw bench was several thousand pounds to rectify and make up the lost time . I purchased quite a bit of well used by a decent tradesman kit off him . His son who was 16 at the time pushed the rest out onto eBay at good prices .Yep, found this before - but we bought other new stuff, and didn;t throw any old stuff.
