The drill is a new one on me, If you hold the wheel on the top of the drill whilst drilling the quill feeds down.

The little Bull nose plane. bottom left on last picture is a great tool. The blade is good steel.
I have one I need to restore/clean up, another jib on the list.

I think that's what that little thumb wheel is for, you can adjust the pressure. so it's a sort of automatic downfeed...

I used to have a drill like that - its self feeding/self adjusting and works really well.
I busted the flywheel on mine (gutted!) so would be interested if it's for sale?

The steam engine( they have a few) belongs to a heritage railway (Lincolnshire Wolds Railway) I'm a volunteer on there.

I do have a couple of DSLRs but I cannot use any FD glass on them, but this has an APS-c sensor close to the front so I can use pretty much any lens with an adapter (except the FD adapter is coming from China)

Having decided that I really should move, I did a deal with an eBay seller for these.



49 for £205 including the cost of van hire. If I can't fit my 10x8 workshop in this lot it's time to give up.
Also, got my first ever warning from eBay about trading outside of the site too. Not bad considering I must have done it 40 or 50 times
