Using a Krone tool is my daily job, I normally wear one out every 18 months.I LOATHE them, Spent 2 months last year using one to connect up a companys patch panels and network points, about 1000 cables in various locations I could hardly grip anything and I could guarantee at least half a dozen didn't punch down per panel... Troubleshooting afterwards was a right pain in the bum!
what a good tip thank youUsing a Krone tool is my daily job, I normally wear one out every 18 months.
First thing I do with a new one is stick a drop of super glue on the 5 bolts holding the body together as you can guarantee that they will vibrate out in the van and it will fall apart.
Acquired and built up a dancover tent for the traveller to sleep in while i pull the front off the garage, Hopefully not for long.
I am liking the traveller !
I could be wrong - but think the hammer is a mine railway "road menders hammer" for hammering in the spikes that hold the rails to the sleepers?
