Rods. They were tight for space. Here are today’s then,
First is a Keetona metal shear. Nice tidy condition, I’ve been looking at the new ones for a while, so when I found this quality old one at a fraction of the price I snapped it up. The lower blade is 4 1/2” long, anyone translate the decal for me? It’s got Cap 1/8” 3/8” 5/32” so that must be what it can cut. M.S. Sheets is mild steel sheets, but what is RDS strips? Would that be short for rounds and strips?

A King Klik T80 laxy tongs riveter. Looks grubby on the outside but I stripped it & the jaws inside are unmarked.
I contacted King Klik to enquire about replacing the 2 missing nozzles (1/8" & 5/32"). No problem, have them in stock, £4 each, which was ok as this is a pro quality tool. But here's the kicker - they wanted £5.40 for carriage! FFS, the nozzles only weigh a few grams, are they coming in a gold plated box!
