Portable photocopier, tested works.
Pelicase
A3 laminator, tested, works.
force gauge, tested, works.
Job lot of mixed electrodes, mostly weird types, 7016, 10018, 7015, stainless ect
Some sealed packs of 8018's
Lot of new stationary
Box of Not very interesting tools
more coating testers, may not work, not sure yet.

I thought I did well getting about 40 foot of Ali scaffolding poles earlier for the grand total of a tenner, (guy didn't want anything but gave him a tenner for a couple of pints) puts mine to shame lol

Some of the stuff I've seen thrown away is criminal.
I got 4 X 20 litre bucket of grease unopened form a place that was binning them because the labels had fell off and h&s said they couldn't be used.

Sardine, that Krautkramer DME would still find a home on our rental fleet if it worked OK, they're good kit. Is there a probe with it? The disc inset in the front panel is a (IIRC) 5mm reference, a bit of couplant (spit will do it) and you'll soon know if it works.
The Sonatest instruments will be either working fine or scrap; their gear is notoriously difficult to repair or find info on.

Aren't you supposed to replace hard hats every so often, or after they get clumped? Seems kinda silly to use a second hand one of a skip, with unknown history.
Beats me, i hate the bleedin' things. If i can get away with not having to wear one, i will.
