Damaged dies though. Still a usefull tap handle.

That's a nice tap wrench. They don't make em like that anymore. Most modern ones a crud

Today's haul. The dividers are Moore & Wright under the tarnish. It's missing the bit at the top and the thread is a bit bent. The big spanner is a 36/32mm by Heyco but it's also stamped Mercedes Benz. The smaller spanner is a 22/20mm King Dick, I normally only see their imperial stuff. The files are Sheffield, the makers mark is a capital M in a circle. Holesaws were a quid each which were cheap enough but I got six for a fiver, I spent about 9 quid on the taps, dies and milling cutters, they are mostly old but unused stock, mainly Imperial but good makes like, Dormer, Lall, SKF etc. The eclipse tap wrench looks nicely made. There's a couple of reamers there too. The whole lot set me back about 20 quid over various stalls. Some people were very nice today. One old dear said " Take all you like out of that box of tools for a quid. I don't want to take them home".

No make.

Had a closer look.
Protractor is about 4 degs off. Needs a new zero.
Something is out on either the 45y or the square too. Some finishing required.
Nicely ground just not ground true.

Got given 3 rolls of foam rubber a bit like the stuff you get in knee pads, Might come in useful for making my VW LT into a day van.

All I found today was 3 decent 16a commando sockets with leads and 13a plugs fitted, I think they had belonged to an ex caravaner, All for the sum of £2-00,I already have a few but that should never be the criteria fo not buying more!!!

Used to be gas bottles, but they are getting harder to find.

Probably eighties when Record we’re still English made but on a cost saving drive - older ones have rubber blocks on the inside to deaden the cutting blows. Still a great find for free though!

Police didnt even come out at the time of the crimes, doubt that they would be interested more than 6 months later, issuing a crime number for the insurance claim is much easier than investigating a crime

Aye, I know. Maaaany years ago, I had a pair of new Footjoy golf shoes nicked from our Club locker room & reported it, only for insurance purposes.

Got a crime number, then a week later a letter from Victim Support offering me,among other things, counselling....... . You couldn't make it up.

You have the Lucky that propane tank and acetylene tank have the same treath.
Here in Italy propane tank have 3/4" left male treath, and acetylene tank have femal treath.
