The blue ones are the very last ones they made in Sheffield. Sort of late 80s to mid 90s. Sometimes you can find them new old stock at diy shops. It’s happened to me a few times, got a beautiful Robert Sorby chisel for $20 because the price tag hadn’t been changed since 1999.

I think it's the same as yours. I originally thought it was a denbigh .But the denbigh drills are different. I pick mine up next Saturday. So many companies made them. Be intresting to find the manufacturerThat looks very like mine!
