Flu.
Showed its head sunday morning with swollen tendons in my wrist
But last night took a turn for the worst.
Feel like ive been run over by a tank

Hate moving dates with customers but no option
Oh well. Said I needed a break
Shame I cant enjoy it.

The last one felt like bird flu, pneumonia and gangrene of the lungs.
I had to cancel a job as the customer was on chemo and had a compromised immune system

I brought one a while ago but it got broken in transport . But this one all complete and in very good condition. Even the gears are like new. So now got a good one for refurbishing and my old one for spares.

I think it's the same as yours. I originally thought it was a denbigh .But the denbigh drills are different. I pick mine up next Saturday. So many companies made them. Be intresting to find the manufacturer

They were made in many variations by small engineering companies all over the world. I think some bought in the main castings, hence the similarities in a lot of them.
But what makes mine & yours unique is that they are the only one I've seen with the fine vertical feed handle mounted upside down, most are at the front! I think @balmerchris has one of these as well.

Your foot problem sounds very like plantar fasciitis. It is common in athletes & the best person to diagnose & cure it would be a physiotherapist that deals with sports injuries. I suffered with it & wasted time with the NHS trying to sort it.
It wasn't until I paid privately to see a physio that I was properly diagnosed. He told me that he could cure me but it would be painful! He wasn't lying, I was roaring in pain as he massaged the knots out of the tendons in my foot! But after a few sessions along with exercises at home I was cured.

Yes. I have searched every make I can think of and haven't found one with the upside down handle. Can't wait to get it home.

The tissue that is affected by plantar fasciitis runs along the whole length of the foot & it can be sore anywhere, not just the heel. Mine was sore from the arch to behind my toes. Here's a good website to explain it.

It took a few painful sessions of deep tissue massage plus exercises to sort it. A great tip to soothe it is to roll your foot on an ice cold tin of coke. A good stretching exercise is to stand on the edge of a step with your toes & let your heels drop as much as you can bear & hold for 30 secs, repeat 10 times.

Bought some 3M Cubitron II flap discs and cutting discs online a few days ago. Been looking for the BEST flap discs and cutting wheels I can get my hands on and based on a lot of googling what people say these have a solid reputation by everyone who has used them so far.

Mint in packaging, found in a tiny diy shop today at the back of the rack, $30. The old guy at the shop said it was a bargain at that price and it is tbh. I asked him if he had any more but alas this is the last. You can strike these with a hammer.

Marples did a hard rubber cap to allow the use of a metal hammer on those wonderful wood working tools.

I only ever saw one in use in real life.

Mine have been used with claw hammers for years.
Usually side on mind but been known to give them some abuse with the nose.
Think the one I broke was an old one from a car boot.

Still after an all steel set.
