I'd give it a spray of WD 40 down the pot and pull it over four or five times without the plug in to get some lube on the cylinder walls. so the rings stop scratching the dry walls . I'd put a sacrificial new oil in it as well before starting it up as the old oil may have a lot of crap settled down at the oil pickup / splash spur , if you can stop that crud being agitated it's a good idea. 
They were a really nice machine , if you need to take the cylinder head off , see if you can get a gasket first off as they often tear apart no matter how careful & skilled you are.

		 only thing I put specific oil in is the bike as I don't fancy it nipping up at stupido rpm. Landy has engine tolerances you could walk through tho so it gets whatever is free and near enough
