We had a Clarks one down Men In Shed.
Very goo machine, we used to get our belts from Screw fix.
One down side was the machine screws holding it together, normally the fence. If you over tighten thenm they would strip out. I ended up using Riv-Nuts Inserts and that solved the issues.
You need to really clean any old adhesive of the disc sander, before fixing a new disc. If not the new one may not stick well.
Mine, buried under my bench I have converted it to take velco disc.
