Yes mate, got the 206 page on line edition, but only about 30 pages apply to my build, so I've copied them all.Looks some great progress!.
Have you got access to all the regs for the MSVA?, not had dealings personally but it seems there are a few rules in there just to catch people out.
It'll probably stay in Hammerite for the rest of its life. It's a very 'forgiving' paint for when I change my mind and add/remove things along the way. No vehicle is ever really 'finished' when I build it.I'd reconsider painting it in Hammerite it'll react with anything else you put on later for a better finish.

Back in the eighties had a mate with a Mk1 Escort that he painted in Black Hammerite.
Made it easy to fix any rot just weld a patch on and slap some more Hammerite over it.
Looked crap but strangely cool
In the 70's I had 60's cars dealt with like that.Back in the 80s that was how you dealt with any 70s cars.

I finally finished fettling the frame, sorting out dozens of bits of weld that weren't quite right, added a few brackets I'd missed, and gave it a coat of chocolate paint. Going to put a coat of black hammer finish on it now.
Maybe one day, but until it's passed MSVA it's not getting it.You need to go and see an exorcist It would be like sending your daughter down the aisle in a boiler suit, deserves much better.
