Well I am definitely getting an 8month old Beagle pup on Boxing day as my youngest son is bringing her over so we can dog sit whilst he goes shooting.Should be fun. What am I getting? I already have it, my new CNC controller for the lathe, now all I have to do is make it work!

As for presents the wife got me a phone in November as an early Christmas present so il not be getting anything more. Mine was kaput so it was desperately needed.

I also bought myself a mid rise scissor lift so all extravagance money has been spent this year.

Alas, no – the industrial estate it was on is being redeveloped, so all of us tenants were kicked out. I've downsized back to the garage at home (plus a couple of storage containers!). You don't realise how much stuff you've got until you have to move it all
