Ok I am back on this . Trying to get my head in a good space has helped. I have reached the stage where I did some miniature test prints and that showed a couple of things up.
First was a major problem that is so basic I had not noticed. Its TEA not COFFEE I need the cup to say. But anyway I went into the fusion file kindly supplied by
@Misterg to alter the text in the sketch. and I think I managed it.
SO I saved it and exported it in various formats and tried importing it to bambu studio (it does the same in orca.
The is my magic potion is missing but its clearly there in the fusion file.

You have only extruded the top line.
I havent extruded anything. All I did was alter the coffee text to Tea. It was already done. But I am not sure why the is my magic potion is not showing up in bambu studio though even if it was the top line. Or do you mean the top line that now says coffee.
It did work when I first imported it. BUT when printed at a small size it missed bits out. Damn big learning curve this...lol

Drag the history marker to the end of the timeline - the extrusion for the second line of text is the last operation:
Ah ok I had managed to get it working somehow. BUT I am now in bambu studio territory and I dont think either you or Aj have a bambu.
I can see whit in the model but cant change it in the damn AMS...AARRGGGG

If you right click the 1 to the right of the solid you want to change and pick 2 it will change just that solid to the colour you require.
I think thats the problem. There is only 1 showing. There is nothing for the white..

You have got to right click the 1. Here is an example from mine. The filament colour is in the menu.
I need to get time to be in front of the screen later. But I printed a small version and strangely it printed how it showed on the plate.
Obviously it used the white that I had loaded in the AMS , which is not brilliant as it's PetG and the other two are PLA.
Bonus is I am getting there.
once I have cracked the colours I just need to work out adding a flat/ saucer on the bottom so it stands up on its ownIts really strange as in some models you can clearly see a part that is a colour but it does not respond to right clicking. it seems like clicking it 3 times works.
It's all a lot complicated. Especially when slicing.
I think I now know why a smaller model can print differently to a larger model "painted" in the same way.

I've not had that problem, I expect it will happen at some point though!
I watched 8 youtube videos yesterday and although I think I know how it should work , mine doesn't, well not how they claim anyway.
BUT I learnt a lot that I think I have forgotten already.
Another test print and the stand actually works a treat. Very satisfying.
I know it won't seem a lot, but today has gone well, just need to cook the lamb dinner and print a bigger version of the potion cup..
I hope that I can use the Fusion file posted by @Misterg to teach me how to add text.

I add the text in Bambu Studio as I find it very easy to do. You don't get any colour issues either as you assign the colour as soon as you lay it down (same right click option)

Are we surprised? A Chinese ploy imho. They say the Russians plan 20 years ahead and the Chinese 50. They can wait whilst we squabble every 4 years, then for the next 4 with everyone out for individual gain and all pulling in different directions.
Make your enemies dependent then cut off the supply etc. The art of war without fighting etc. Sun Tzu basically.

The backlash is interesting. The update will not affect most users. I use their software and that will continue to work as usual.
I certainly hope the printers become cheaper and there are a lot of cheap second hand ones around.
I will buy them. If you have an iPhone you are locked in and they are quite successful
It comes with convenience. If they actually stop you using other filament then that will bury them as theirs is too expensive.
I will drop them if that occurs.
