I sure you will find some time mate. It's ok for me as I only really do private works now so I have time. If I was in full time employment it would be different.

I've had the time over the last few weeks but too knackered to entertain it. Made some pens on the M instead.
No mojo for it right now. Suppose ordering the paint would help.

Aye. Won't be too bad once I've motivated myself to get the cab on wheels and stripped.
Then it's just paint and assembly I can do in cribs and drabs.
Plain turning so no feeds etc and mostly stripped and temp rebuilt excluding the headstock.
Only other job pending is stripping the capstan but fully working as is other than a matching paint job.
Once it's stripped and painted will be done in no time.

Today I made a start on the carriage. Full of all sorts of crud. After a light clean up I can assess the wear . To be honest it's not to bad. Will take it back to bare metal and a good scraping session or two will have that working a treat . Also got some parts cooking in acid for clean up.

Got my parts acid cleaned and not to bad to be honest. A good clean up puts a nice shine back in to the cast. I am painting the centre on the tailstock hand wheel .
