Just play it cool, tidy it up, hold off on the purchases for a while, keep the machine parts out of the house, then business as usual six weeks down the line when it’s all blown over

You can't be using that shear why not chop it in for some shelving or cabinets? That'll create floor space, utilise room up in the air and organise your stuff you do have much better.

I'm having a big sort-out this week, it's already bearing fruit. This'll likely be my last round of re-organising for a few years.

I didn't get round to clearing up. But did manage to get this lot in to a state I can actually work on.

Made a start on the tool post. It's had a fair amount of stick over the years. My plan is to file the main bruising out and generally make it look presentable and more uniformed.

I have had a tidy up of the tool post. Not going to get much better. I did contemplate having it milled but not worth it. It's clean and functional and will do the job...until I find something of similar size may be.
