At 2.50 this morning, with an establishing migraine, I was to be found wandering around my back garden in my jimjams, clasping a jar with a captured mousie in it. All this closely followed by the ‘Lodger’ thinking I was playing the ‘mousie game’, and Toby, who had no idea what was happening , but if we were outside, then he should be too.
Mouse released, and collapsed back into bed, leaving the cats to do cat things outside.

Tha for thoughts about HID won't know what they are going to do! just as we thought she was really improving, needs the blood thinning tablets for heart but that causes other problems.

Round Eyes used to like coming for a walk on the exercise lap through the woods at the back. 'Cept, about halfway, it was a bit much for him and he cried to be picked up and carried the rest of the way.
BTW, not to be reccomended: Moving house and loading up 5 cats into a Renault Twingo for 1600 km. Wife gives them a calming shot, but lots of people coming by to wish us goodbye. Result.. of the two black ones, one got two shots and the other wailed the whole way... The one that got the two shots was a bit odd for the rest of her days.
