The feed settings do something, but i think it moves through the sides of the box too quickly.

Maybe they are not refined enough or maybe you just have too course a pitch for thin stuff.
I can get away with a courser pitch because I have infinite control of the downfeed but I still have to be careful as the blades I normally use are 5 to 8 Vari pitch so really more suited to slightly heavier stuff.

I don't have any other pics, i bought from a online seller based in Spain.

Watching that vid you posted Kim the saw just cuts under the weight of the bow. There is no damper or feed control it just rests on the material and cuts through....

There isn't a damper (dashpot, hydraulic, whatever), but there *is* a feed control which allows adjustment of the down-cutting speed (it's actually regulating the force, not the speed, so the down-speed does vary as the load changes) . Then there's a switch which turns it off at the bottom.

I have one and it seems pretty good, I don't find a particular problem with accuracy. It's very portable and can easily be put away under the bench when you're not using it, which I like.

Mines the same. I can get away with a courser pitch since I fitted a damper on the bow I have full control over the speed it's fed through.

Ordered the NG120XL . With a spare blade and a deburing tool they do. Super excited. Plasma cutter tomorrow hopefully and the Saw at the end of the week

So did Stakesy's reckon it was better for your needs than the ABS one?

Yeah, he said the abs one is more designed for machinists. Cutting solid steel not box or tube. He said the one I ordered cuts unbelievably quick anyway so not really needed unless I'm wanting to waste cash

If in the future you decided you could benefit from a feed control then it is fairly easy to do, even an air cylinder with a needle valve and a one way valve would do the job.

I doubt I will to be honest. I won't be doing enough to need anything like that.

I have thought about it for ages. And was gonna do some videos before the landy went but I accidentally deleted all the footage and got irritated.
I'm quite camera shy. I'll try make some though.

Wrong. Already tried the chopsaw. I need to refine it. I may do a video on that tomorrow maybe if I can pluck up the courage.
