look at the picture its hard to explain via a forumthe roof sheet valley looks like this the red being th top of the roof sheet and lowest point of it
the grey is the lead or tin sheet underneath to create the wrap around seal you need for the corner
the valley sits on top of the roof box profile high point at one end drawn in black you will have to pack the wall side up to level that side
the valley is then bent over at the end so you can seal it over the high point of the box profile roofing sheet
the higher red is your box profile roofing sitting over the other roof profile so it seals over it at the corner

but your looking across your view of the roof
the red lines underneath the black valley is your roof pitch which needs to go underneath your box valley
the 2nd line up is the top line of your metal box profile on the roof
the black valley must sit on top of your box profile roofing otherwise you would have to create a valley down the side of the wall for the water to run off somewhere
