No, I don’t, I have never needed one, but if I did, I would get an ER32 one, because I already have a set of ER32 collets for my milling machine.
I have a ER32 set for my milling machine too. That is on a MT3 though. The lathe is a MT2
Never thought about using it in the chuck before but yes one could. Do you use a different arbour for the chuckdo
I bought an R32 mt2 which I'll be able to use in either the tailstock or spindle should the need arise, which it hasn't yet. Matches that in the mill, so all my collets will be available for drills/cutters etc
