Yep, the sawmill brothers. That looks familiar…
I might as well just work for them.

This morning I found a local company to produce the dxf file, I'll sit with them and work out exactly where all the holes go. They're not cheap, oh no.
800 euros of steel sat in the van. That's 200 per square meter of 8mm.
Ouch....
The majority of the hard work will be cnc laser cut.Didn't someone mention 5K.
I find alot of people want to play but don't want to pay.
Remember you haven't actually started making it yet.
I think e-machine shop lets you print out stuff 1:1 by means of tiling across loads of A4 pages. I think.
Where the hell do I find an enamelling company in Brittany, is another question....
Dxf file.acrobat will let you do that with pdfs
That will have Brunel rolling in his grave!
Yeah, I've got two rayburns to do too. From what ive found when looking to get a rayburn refinished, i would suggest avoiding the need for one. The cost was prohibitive.

It's my day off tomorrow, I've got the PC at work for the morning as boss is in a meeting.I am not near the other computer at the moment but can e machine export as a pdf? I cant remember.
Failing that, export from machine as a dxf, then import into Inkscape, then export as a PDF from there.
