Approximately 5 and a half days. Draught shield and loads of supports.
Pretty horrible shape for 3d printing.
Why? Because I wanted to know if I could.

Is the draught shield in the second picture?

Yes it is, normally I wouldn't bother but with it being such a long print I didn't want to chance any warping due to fluctuating temps. The draught shield is just a single wall thickness but it added around 8 hours to the print and used approximately 20m more filament. The whole print use about 200m of filament.
Took me about 3 hours to get 99% of the supprts off, there are still some places that I am struggling to get into because they are too narrow or are right up against a part of the print that is fragile.

It was done in Sunlu black petg 250c nozzle 80c bed.

Today's justification for having the printer...

I bought a second hand book case, Ikea Billy type of beast. However, one of the pegs was missing, a 4 x 18mm type. Pas de probleme, off we go to DSM and knocked it up in under a minute. Ten minutes later I had a set of four pegs!

Just in case anyone needs four pegs of 4 x 18mm!

Honestly they are brilliant things to own, my next involved job will be a cordless tool battery adapter to run an led mini flood light.

Just need to sit down and workout the minimum volt cutoff circuit and the temp cut out. Probably just go op amp and zener diode

Makita and DeWalt I believe have basic charging protection but no low volt cut off

I knew they had charge protection but didn’t know they didn’t have low volt cut off. I only have one makita lion battery which I use for starting rc glow plug engines and have never let it get very low

I found out about the Milwaukee ones, because I bought a (3rd party) USB supply which had a warning that it could discharge the battery beyond its safe limit.
<Edit: this is also true of OEM Milwaukee "powerbank" adaptors, according to the reviews on Milwaukee.com>

I've picked up another Ender 3, but am trying to decide what upgrades to fit.

Probably go for another BTT E3 mini, but can't decide what direct drive extruder to go for.
My existing printer has a MicroSwiss, but I've never been happy with the quality (nozzle thread hasn't been machined square, so filament oozes out the side of the thread and builds up under the silicon heat boot needing periodic removal).
But there are a lot of other options, and I can't decide what to go for :/

The short answer is no, but I do have a collection of parts that need to be assembled into a knife sharpening jig
