I'm assuming you mean the hot end cooling fan? It's getting on my tits now, so I'll ask incase anyone knows of one. Is there an addon board available to turn that poxy printhead fan off when the printhead is cool/cold?
I'm assuming you mean the hot end cooling fan?
Not that I know off, as it's the one fan you really don't want to fail, as if it fails, bits that aren't meant to get hot, get hot very quickly.
People do fit quieter fans though.
Or there are various options to kill all the power to the printer once a print is finished, and things have cooled down (or in the case a heat runaway/fire has been detected...)
Yes. I suspect it is to do with minimum wall thickness, because it will need to be .5mm and that may be pushing it. I tried setting the thinwall options in Cura but no joy. The 13mm and the 11mm dimensions are correct. The original design checks out at 10mm ID.Have your other prints been dimensionally correct?
Trouble is, the whole thing would resize.Have you tried resizing it in Cura? I've had to resize a few pieces to get them to the size they ought be. Think it's the third icon down on the left side of the screen.

OK, if you can find a way to enlarge just the bore, I'm all ears.Nope. You can resize it in any of 1, 2 or all directions.

That's not what you said.
Yes I designed it and have triple checked the dimensions. It is a DSM file.Do you have the 3d model file you could edit the dimesnsions on?
I am struggling a bit with this print now.
It's the thin wall that is the problem. It is supposed to be 13mm diameter with an 11mm collar. The inside measurement is supposed to be 10mm but is 9.4 ish when printed.
I tried that but as you say, it wouldn't allow it to print a single skin. I did have thoughts about that and wondered if I should try an 0.2 nozzle? It's the thin wall that is the problem.
Wall thickness is restricted by nozzle size, so if you're using the stock 0.4mm nozzle, I'd guess Cura is going for double line width, which will give a 0.8mm wall thickness, and your resultant 9.4mm.
You could try dropping wall thickness to 0.4mm, but I'm not sure if Cura would let you print a single line width wall, or if the resultant print would have much strength.
