*Dear ajlelectronics,*I have ordered five 0.2mm nozzles to play with. They were a more sensible buy in a pack (£1.11 each) than individually (£2.77 each), so if anyone else wants one, talk to me.
Is the BLtouch worth it?
Ive not had anything lose adhesion yet.
Try Tinkercad, That is easier to use apparently. I'm trying Freecad but it's probably harder than Fusion but the interface doesn't change every time you use itI have an Ender 3 v2. Usually when I get a new toy I take it apart, modify it etc. For the first time ever I have just plugged it in, switched it on, levelled the bed and started printing. And it works a treat.
If I only I could design things. I just cannot get to grips with Fusion (gone now anyway). I tried the RS Components program, no luck at all. I needed a hole in the object. Looked at a tutorial, 'use the drill pad'. Easy, where the hell is it?
Which CAD programs do you use?
With DSM, to make a hole is very easy. Draw a circle of the size and position required. Select it and click PULL. Move the mouse and pull the circle through the workpiece like a cutter.I have an Ender 3 v2. Hello, as usual I am over-thinking the problem. I thought it would go like Fusion and create a column above the piece. With DSM, to make a hole is very easy. Jolly good. If you wish, I can spend an hour or so with you one evening over a video link or whatever? I am very far from being a DSM expert but I can make simple geometric stuff and have recently worked out how to apply text.Hello, as usual I am over-thinking the problem. I shall persevere and get back to you.
The petrol hose turned up next day, thanks
